2011 Rates

All weekly rates are in Canadian dollars.

Peak season (June 25 - September 16)	$1500.00 plus PST
Off-season (June 11 - 24) & (September 17 - October 21)	$ 900.00 plus PST

Rates are based on up to 8 occupants.

$25.00 CND per night for each additional person.

10% Provincial Sales Tax (PST) is additional.

Bay Breeze Chalet Policies:

Weekly rentals of Bay Breeze Chalet are from Saturday at 3 PM to the following Saturday at 10 AM.

A non-refundable deposit of $400.00 CDN is required to secure a booking. If you cancel and we are able to re-book the cottage, you will be refunded all but $100.00 for a re-booking charge.

A $400.00 damage deposit is required at time of booking. Upon satisfactory inspection of the cottage on the day of departure, the damage deposit will be returned to you.

Cheques/checks, money orders and cash are accepted for all deposits and payment. Personal cheques/checks are also accepted for deposit and post-dated cheques/checks (for arrival date) for the balance.

We ask you to respect PEI's recycling program during your visit.

Smoking is prohibited in the cottage.
